Butternut Squash

Only 5 ingredients (butternut squash included, of course), requires minimal prep time (only 10 whole minutes!) and so incredibly delicious.


Butternut Squash Olive Oil Salt | Pepper Brown Sugar

Step 1

Begin by cutting the squash lengthwise.

Step 2

Remove the seeds with a spoon.

Step 3

Place the squash skin side down, face up on a baking dish.

Step 4

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and brown sugar.  Bake, serve, and enjoy!


We made this for dinner and loved it!
