Whisk sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside. Cook green beans, red bell peppers and carrots in hot skillet with oil until soft, about 3 minutes.
Remove and set aside. Sear chicken in oil until it is fully cooked. This should only take a couple of minutes. Avoid overcooking chicken.
Add green beans, garlic, and Teriyaki Sauce back into the skillet. Stir to combine. Once it is combined, remove from heat promptly.
