This delicious and easy Spinach Lasagna recipe features layers of lasagna pasta, ricotta and parmesan cheese spinach mixture, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.

Sauté spinach in hot oil until soft. It should cook down significantly. In a large mixing bowl, fold together the cooked spinach, cheese, herbs and seasoning.
Spread marinara sauce all over the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Next, layer it with lasagna pasta, followed by half of the spinach and cheese mixture, and then more marinara sauce.
Repeat the layers, the top layer should be marinara sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, followed by parmesan cheese. Then bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let the spinach lasagna cool for 10-15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
