Add whisked eggs to a pre-heated skillet. Scramble and break eggs into small pieces. Once they are fully cooked, set aside.
Cook onions in a hot skillet with oil until soft and slightly translucent. Add spam and garlic and stir fry for 1 minute, making sure the garlic does not burn.
Add cooked rice, and break rice apart if they are in clumps. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously. Then stir in the mixed vegetables.
Add scrambled eggs back into the skillet. Add butter and fold it into the spam fried rice while it melts. Serve and enjoy!
