Sirloin Steak Soy Sauce Brown Sugar Sesame Oil Rice Vinegar Garlic Cloves Ginger Root Pear Or Apple
Blend Korean BBQ marinade ingredients until smooth. Then thinly slice the sirloin steak and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Heat grill or skillet on medium high heat, then place the sliced steak on it and spread them apart, making sure not to overlap.
Once the bottom side is cooked, flip onto the other side. Because they are thinly sliced, they cook quickly!
Serve over white or brown rice with some veggies. ENJOY!
