This Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole with Sausage combines your favorite breakfast ingredients all in one pan. Crumbly pork sausage, crunchy tater tots, eggs, and cheese baked in the oven.

Heat skillet and add sausage. Break it into small pieces. and sear until it is no longer pink. Remove from heat and set aside. Grease a 9' x 13' baking dish with cooking oil spray.
Spread crumbled sausage out evenly in baking dish. Whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Gently pour egg mixture into baking dish.
Spread shredded cheese evenly on the top. Then add tater tots and distribute them evenly all over. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until the center is no longer soggy.
Remove from oven and let it sit for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
