Whole Carrots Olive Oil Honey Sea Salt Fresh Thyme

Wash and peel the carrots, then place them on a prepared baking sheet.

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the olive oil, honey and salt together, then brush the mixture over the carrots.

Place the thyme sprigs on top and roast for 20 - 30 minutes, or until it reaches desired softness.
