How to make a juicy, perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked restaurant style steak infused with buttery herb flavors, all in the comforts of your own home.

• Ribeye, Sirloin, Filet Mignon or NY Strip Steak • Salted Butter • Fresh Thyme • Fresh Garlic • Salt & Black Pepper



Let your steak come to room temperature. Pat steak dry. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides. Sear steak in a pre-heated cast iron skillet on one side for a few minutes until it is slightly golden brown.

Add 2 tbsp of butter to cast iron (spread them out around the steak), then add crushed garlic and fresh thyme. Lower to medium/medium low heat after flipping the steaks.

Use a spoon and drizzle melted butter onto the top of the steak a few times. Add more butter if needed.  Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature of the steak. Once it is the desired temperature, remove from heat.

Place steak on a plate and wrap with aluminum foil. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes. Add more butter if desired.  Serve and enjoy!
