Moist and soft Pumpkin Banana Bread is a Fall favorite and a combination of two favorite quick loaves – pumpkin bread and banana bread. Together, they bring a delicious spiced pumpkin banana flavor that is perfect for breakfast, snack or even dessert.
Pumpkin Puree | Banana Vanilla Extract | Sugar Unsalted Butter | Eggs Brown Sugar | Flour Baking Soda | Cinnamon Baking Powder | Salt
Mix pumpkin puree, mashed bananas, vanilla extract, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs to combine.
Add flour, cinnamon, salt baking soda and powder, to the wet ingredients and fold to combine. Pour the batter into a loaf pan.
Bake for 60-65 minutes in the oven. Then let the pumpkin banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
Place on cooling rack and let it cool for at least 20 more minutes, then slice and serve. Enjoy!
