Salmon | Miso Paste | Mirin Soy Sauce | Sesame Oil Garlic | Ginger Powder Honey | Water
Blend miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, honey, and water together. Marinate the salmon with half of the sauce for 30-45 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet and sear salmon non-skin side down. Then flip over and place the skillet in the oven. Cook for 8 to 11 minutes. Click through for alternative cooking instructions.
Bring the remaining marinade and some water to a boil and cook until slightly thickened. Then drizzle the glaze over the salmon.
