Honey Soy Tofu, Green Beans and Pork Stir Fry

Stir  fried crispy tofu, green beans and thinly sliced pork with an out of this world, sweet, garlicky soy based sauce. Serve with warm steamed rice. Delicious!

Firm Tofu Green Beans Pork Center Loin Chops Soy Sauce Dark Soy Sauce Honey Cornstarch Oil Garlic Cloves

Slice tofu into 1/2 inch slices, then pat dry. Slice pork chops into thin strips. Slice cleaned green beans into pieces. Mince garlic. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.


Fry tofu in hot oil for 8-10 minutes, flipping once until golden brown on both sides. Remove tofu and set aside. Stir fry green beans for 5-6 minutes. Remove green beans and set aside.

Stir fry sliced pork for 1-2 minutes. Then add minced garlic, tofu, green beans and sauce. Combine and stir fry for 2-4 minutes.

Remove from heat, serve and enjoy!
