Light and healthy! This Grilled Chicken Zoodle dish is made out of zucchini noodles, tomatoes, sweet mangoes, grilled chicken and BRIANNAS Blush WIne Vinaigrette. Delicious and so easy to make!
Zucchini | Mangoes Grape Tomatoes BRIANNAS Blush Wine Vinaigrette CHICKEN Chicken Breast | Lemon Juice Brown Sugar | Garlic Powder Dried Thyme | Oil Worcestershire Sauce
Slice each chicken breast into two thinner pieces. In a ziplock bag, combine lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil.
Add chicken to ziplock bag and make sure chicken is well coated in marinate. Marinate for 30-60 minutes, or up to a couple of hours. Cook chicken on a grill or stovetop until done.
While chicken is cooking, spiralize zucchinis, slice mangoes and grape tomatoes. Bring zoodles, mangoes, tomatoes and grilled chicken to a bowl.
Add BRIANNAS Blush Wine Vinaigrette and toss salad in dressing. Or serve vinaigrette on the side, if desired.
