HONEY SESAME SAUCE Honey | Soy Sauce Rice Vinegar | Brown Sugar Sesame Oil | Corn Starch Water | Red Pepper Flakes CRISPY BREADED CHICKEN Chicken Tenders | Flour Corn Starch | Eggs Oil | Sesame Seeds
Pat chicken dry and cut into bit sized pieces. Whisk all the sauce ingredients together, turn up heat, and bring to a boil. Stir until corn starch is dissolved and sauce is thickened, then remove from heat.
Combine flour, corn starch, salt and pepper, and in a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. Next, heat a skillet under medium-high heat with a generous amount of oil.
Bread the chicken pieces and submerge them into hot oil. Once the bottom side is golden brown, flip to cook the other side.
Serve the crispy sesame chicken drizzled with honey sesame sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
