Rigatoni Pasta | Olive Oil Garlic Cloves | Sweet Onion Canned Crushed Tomatoes Italian Sausage | Dried Basil Dried Oregano | Heavy Cream Spinach | Black Pepper Parmesan Cheese | Parsley
Cook pasta according to package directions. While waiting for the pasta to boil, heat olive oil in a large skillet. Then add garlic, sweet onions and Italian sausage.
Saute until Italian sausage is almost cooked. Add crushed tomatoes, dried basil, and dried oregano to the sauce. Stir and bring to a boil.
Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Add spinach and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and add the pasta to the sauce, stirring to combine.
Garnish with fresh parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve and enjoy!
