Creamy Tomato Gnocchi

This delicious and easy Creamy Tomato Gnocchi recipe features chewy bites of light, pillowy gnocchi coated in a homemade creamy tomato sauce with fresh basil and heavy cream.

Prepare the gnocchi according to package directions. Then saute garlic until fragrant and add in the tomatoes.

INSTRUCTIONS

Add basil and bring to a boil, breaking up the tomatoes. Then reduce heat and simmer, to thicken the sauce.

Next, add the heavy cream and allow to cook a few more minutes. Then mix in sugar, seasoning, and cooked gnocchi.

Toss to coat and garnish with shredded parmesan.
