BBQ Chicken Tacos are versatile, tasty, and simple to make. Chicken marinated in BBQ sauce, juicy on the inside, and slightly crusty on the outside. Wrapped in a soft flour tortilla, and topped with roasted corn, cilantro and pickled onions.

Prepare pickled red onions. Combine spices in a small bowl. Coat chicken with oil on both sides, then evenly spread spices on both sides pressing it into the chicken.
Pour bbq sauce onto the chicken and let it marinate for 30-60 minutes. Place chicken in a skillet in oil. Once one side is cooked, flip to the other side, and brush with leftover marinade.
Once the thickest part of the chicken tenderloins reaches 165 degrees, remove chicken from heat. Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice into smaller pieces.
Fill warm tortillas with chicken, roasted corn, chopped cilantro and pickled red onions. Serve and enjoy!
