Wash and pat dry strawberries.
Chop chocolate into smaller pieces if needed. Melt chocolate in the microwave on 50% power for 1 minute. Remove and stir.
Bring chocolate back to the microwave, melt on 50% power for 30 seconds. Remove and stir.
Repeat step 3 until chocolate is smooth and completely melted.
Holding the leafy end of the strawberry, dip strawberry into melted chocolate. Then placed strawberry on a plate lined with parchment or wax paper. Repeat for all the strawberries. Set aside chocolate dipped strawberries in the refrigerator.
Optional: Consume the rest of the chocolate :)
Melt white chocolate in the microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds. Remove and stir. Repeat until white chocolate is smooth and completely melted.
Bring white chocolate into a zip lock bag, and snip a VERY SMALL opening on one corner of the zip lock bag.
Remove strawberries from refrigerator. Squeeze white chocolate out from the opening and draw thin horizontal lines (or anything else you want) on strawberries.
Refrigerate strawberries for 10 minutes so that chocolate hardens.
Serve and enjoy!
