Pork Shoulder Soy Sauce Honey Brown Sugar Sesame Oil Rice Wine Hoisin Sauce Garlic Cloves
Remove fat from the pork, then place the meat in the slow cooker. In a small ramekin, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice wine, and hoisin sauce.
Pour the sauce into the slow cooker, add garlic, and toss meat around to coat with the sauce. It does not have to be completely submerged in the sauce.
Cook on high for 4-5 hours. Discard garlic cloves and use a fork to shred the pork. Then cook on high for another 30 minutes.
Serve with rice, noodles or tacos. And don’t forget to add garnishes! Enjoy!
