Red Potatoes Olive Oil Garlic Powder Parmesan Cheese Paprika Salt Fresh Parsley
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika and salt. Clean and dice red potatoes into cubes and place potatoes in a large bowl.
Add olive oil to large bowl of potatoes and toss to coat evenly. Then add the spice mix and toss to coat. Add grated parmesan cheese and toss to coat evenly.
Spread potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender when pierce with a fork.
Remove from oven, sprinkle potatoes with chopped fresh parley. Serve and enjoy!
