Combine pumpkin puree, unsalted butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients and fold into the pumpkin mixture.
To make cream cheese filling, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and egg. Then fold in the flour to combine.
Add pumpkin mixture to the bottom of a greased bread pan, then add the cream cheese mixture, and top off with the rest of the pumpkin. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Cool bread on a rack for at least 15 minutes. Slice, serve and enjoy!
