Mint Chocolate Brownies  with Andes Mint

Rich, decadent, gooey chocolate brownies  topped with fresh and light mint icing and Andes Mint candies. A fun and delicious dessert!

CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 45-60% Dark Chocolate Unsalted Butter | Sugar Brown Sugar | Eggs Vanilla Extract | Salt Flour | Cocoa Powder ICING Unsalted Butter | 2 % Milk Powdered Sugar | Mint Extract Green Food Coloring ANDES MINTS CANDY



Make brownie batter according to directions. Pour brownie batter into a 9"x9" square dish lined with parchment paper. Bake brownies for 40 minutes in a 350°F or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for about an hour.


While waiting for brownies to cook, prepare the mint icing. Whisk using electrical whisk for a smoother icing.


Once brownie is cool, spread mint icing evenly onto the top of brownie. Cool brownie in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, or until the mint icing hardens. Slice brownie into nine (or more if you would like!) square pieces.

Chop Andes Mint candies into small pieces, and sprinkle  onto the top of the brownies. SERVE AND ENJOY!
