Lemon Garlic Parmesan Pasta, spaghetti tossed in lemon juice, garlic, butter and lots of shredded parmesan cheese. Super simple and flavorful pasta side or main dish!
Whole Wheat Spaghetti Salted Butter Garlic Cloves Fresh Lemon Juice Salt and Black Pepper Parmesan Cheese Fresh Parsley
Boil spaghetti according to package directions. Drain pasta and reserve pasta water for later. While pasta is cooking, prep the rest of the ingredients.
In a large skillet, melt butter and cook chopped garlic until fragrant. Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper and some pasta water to skillet. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Toss pasta in sauce and parmesan cheese. Add additional pasta water if needed, but note that this is not a wet pasta dish.
Garnish with more parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve and enjoy!
