Honey Lemon Garlic Shrimp

This Honey Lemon Garlic Shrimp recipe is my gem. So simple, so light, and so flavorful – coated with a sticky lemon garlic sauce that enhances the shrimp but doesn’t overpower it.

Large/Jumbo Raw Shrimp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice Honey Minced Garlic Vegetable Oil Parsley or Cilantro

key ingredients

Completely defrost shrimp and pat dry. In a large skillet, add vegetable oil and heat under medium-high heat. Once the skillet is heated up, add shrimp, making sure not to overlap.

INSTRUCTIONS

Sear shrimp for 2 minutes on each side or until it is done. Remove from skillet and set aside. Then add freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic to the skillet.

Lightly scrape the bottom of the skillet to incorporate the shrimp juices. Bring sauce to a boil and then simmer until it reaches your desired thickness.

Add the shrimp back into skillet and stir it around so they are coated with sauce, then remove from heat promptly. Serve and enjoy!
