Carrots Salted Butter Honey Salt Black Pepper Garlic Cloves
Mince garlic. Wash, peel, and cut the carrots into 1-2 inch pieces. and melt the butter.
Add carrots to a large mixing bowl, along with butter, minced garlic and honey. Toss to combine. Then place on a baking sheet, avoid overlapping the carrots.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until carrots reach desired softness. Roast for longer if you like your carrots softer.
