Egg Drop Soup is a classic Chinese soup that consists of beaten eggs poured into a lightly seasoned chicken based clear soup, creating velvety silky egg ‘ribbons’.

Chicken Bone Broth | Garlic Cornstarch | Ginger | Soy Sauce Sesame Oil | Eggs | Scallions Chicken Bouillon Powder Salt | White Pepper

Fry garlic in vegetable oil for 30 seconds, then dissolve cornstarch in chicken broth and add to the garlic.

INSTRUCTIONS

Add in ginger, white pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chicken bouillon powder and bring to a boil.

Turn off the heat, beat the eggs, and slowly pour the mixture into the pot, stirring in a continuous circular motion. Then remove the garlic and ginger pieces.

Garnish with sliced scallions and more white pepper. Serve and enjoy!
