Rub chicken with olive oil, herbs, and salt. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then slice into strips. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter, stir in garlic, flour, and salt. Then add milk, and cook until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in mozzarella, and let thicken.

Add baked chicken strips, cooked pasta, and drained sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce and stir for a few minutes over medium heat.

Garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Serve and enjoy!
