Creamy Smoked Sausage Pasta is an easy recipe that is great for busy nights. Rotini pasta, sliced smoked sausage are coated in a creamy garlicky parmesan sauce with tomatoes. It is simply delicious!

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain. Set aside. In a large skillet, brown the sliced sausage. Remove from pan and set aside.


In the same skillet, melt butter. Whisk in flour and garlic until completely incorporated. Slowly add half and half, whisking as you pour to prevent clumping. Stir in the chicken stock.

Season sauce with salt, pepper, and oregano. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted. Add sausage, pasta, and diced tomatoes to the sauce. Toss to coat everything with the sauce.

Top with shredded parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
