Cheese Stuffed Burgers are perfect for the grill or stovetop, and are a summer cookout favorite! These beef patties are seasoned then stuffed with cheddar cheese, and served on a bun with homemade burger sauce.
Ground Beef Worcestershire Sauce Garlic Powder | Onion Powder Smoked Paprika | Salt Cheddar Cheese | Buns Lettuce | Tomato Ketchup | Mayonnaise
Add seasonings to ground beef and mix well, using your hands. Add cubed cheddar cheese to ground beef and use your hands to combine until evenly mixed in.
Divide ground beef mixture into four or five portions and roll each portion into a ball. Flatten and shape into patties, making a slight indentation in the middle.
Cook on the stovetop or grill, flip patties once the bottom is golden brown. Once cooked, remove them promptly. Combine ketchup and mayo to make a simple burger sauce.
Sandwich burger patty, lettuce, tomato, and sauce between two slices of burger buns. Serve and enjoy!
