These Brown Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies are soft in the center, have slightly crispy brown edges, and are generously loaded with lots of warm gooey chocolate chips.
Butter | Brown Sugar All-Purpose Flour | Vanilla Baking Powder | Eggs Baking Soda | Milk Chocolate Chips
Cream sugar and butter with a hand or stand mixer until completely combined. Add eggs, milk and vanilla extract to wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Slowly add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda) into mixing bowl and mix on slow speed. Fold in chocolate chips.
Portion out cookies into small balls, placing them 2-inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
Let cookies sit on the cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes. Then remove to wire cooling rack.
