Ingredients

Breakfast Sliders

  • 1 pkg 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 7 large eggs
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 6 slices cheese

Garlic Butter Compound

  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Prepare bacon: either panfrying them on the stovetop, or baking in the oven (400℉ for 13-18 minutes or until crispy). Remove bacon from oven and set aside.
  • Prepare eggs: Bring eggs into a mixing bowl, whisk to scramble. Add cooking oil to a skillet and heat over medium heat. Add whisked eggs onto the stovetop, and let eggs cook for a few seconds before using a spatula to move the eggs around. Continue stirring eggs slowly until they are fully cook. Lower heat as needed throughout the process. Remove scrambled eggs from skillet and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Making sure to keep all of the rolls connected, use a bread knife to slice open the Hawaiian Sweet Rolls. Place the top of the sliders to the side.
  • Place the bottom part of the sliders in a 9x13 dish or a baking sheet.
  • Layer the bottom of the sliders with scrambled eggs, bacon slices, and cheese making sure each to cover each of the individual sliders. Cover with the top of the sliders.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, and salt.
  • Generously brush the garlic butter compound over the top of the sliders.
  • Bake sliders for 10 minutes at 350℉. Remove promptly when done.
  • Gently cut along the crease of each individual Hawaiian sweet roll, making them into individual slider sandwiches.
  • Serve and enjoy!
