Dressing
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
Salad
- 4 cups carrots shredded
- ½ cup raisins
- 8 oz pineapple tidbits drained
In a small bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients: mayo, honey, apple cider vinegar, and salt. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, place shredded carrots, raisins, and drained pineapple tidbits.
Pour dressing over the carrot mixture. Stir to coat.
Serve. Enjoy!
