Ingredients

Dressing

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt

Salad

  • 4 cups carrots shredded
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 8 oz pineapple tidbits drained

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients: mayo, honey, apple cider vinegar, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, place shredded carrots, raisins, and drained pineapple tidbits.
  • Pour dressing over the carrot mixture. Stir to coat.
  • Serve. Enjoy!
