Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob

Corn on the cob roasted in the oven, seasoned with butter, parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. This baked corn recipe is the perfect side dish for Summer cookouts or dinner any day!

Ingredients

  • 6 corn on the cob
  • 3-4 tbsp salted butter
  • 2-3 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • salt to taste and optional
  • 1 small lime optional

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 400°F
  • Peel husk from fresh corn.
  • Melt butter (if butter is hard) and brush butter onto all sides of the corn. Then place corn onto baking sheet line with aluminum foil (for easy cleanup).
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then turn corn so that the other side is cooked.
  • Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until corn is fully cooked on all sides.
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese, fresh parsley and salt (optional, to taste) onto corn. Sprinkle fresh lime onto corn (optional).
  • Serve and enjoy!
