Chop the raspberries into small pieces. Next, cream butter and sugar and mix in the egg and vanilla.
Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix to combine, then fold in the chocolate chips.
Roll the dough into small balls and press a few indentations into the tops with your fingers. Then fill them with raspberry pieces.
Place on a cookie sheet at least 2 inches apart and bake for 9-10 minutes. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
When served warm, they are ooey gooey and will melt in your mouth!
