SIRLOIN STEAK SOY SAUCE OYSTER SAUCE SESAME OIL GARLIC ONIONS PEPPER COOKED JASMINE RICE FROZEN MIXED VEGETABLES EGG VEGETABLE OIL SCALLIONS
Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Cut steak into 1/2 inch cubes. Marinate the steak in half the marinade. Mince garlic and onions.
Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. When heated, add steaks and cook for 2-4 minutes, or to desired doneness. Avoid over-cooking. Remove and set aside.
Heat oil in wok/skillet again. Stir in garlic, onions, rice and vegetables. Add the sauce and the rest of the steak, stir and cook for another minute. Combine egg with ingredients in skillet and cook.
