Smoked Salmon Linguini Pasta Salted Butter Garlic Cloves Heavy Cream Lemon Juice Salt Capers Parsley
Bring water to a boil and cook linguini pasta using package instructions. When pasta is done, reserve some water. Drain the rest of the water, and set pasta aside.
In a large saucepan or skillet, melt butter, add garlic, saute for 30 seconds until fragrant, then add heavy cream. Bring heavy cream to a boil. Add lemon juice and some of the reserved pasta water.
Bring to a boil again. At this point, the sauce should be slightly thickened. Add salt, stir, and turn off heat. Add pasta to the sauce, and toss well to coat.
Add smoked salmon and capers to the pasta. Toss to combine and garnish with parsley. Serve and enjoy!
