Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then melt butter and sauté the onion and carrots until tender.

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir in garlic, pumpkin puree, tomato puree, chicken broth and sage leaves. Then bring to a boil and stir continuously.

Using an immersion blender to blend the sauce is optional. After that, stir in the half-and-half and bring the mixture to a boil.

Add the cooked pasta, garnish with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
