Flour | Baking Powder Baking Soda | Cinnamon Sugar | Light Brown Sugar Pumpkin Puree | Vanilla Apple Sauce | Eggs | Salt Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Combine the dry ingredients and in a separate bowl, mix the sugar, salt, pumpkin puree, applesauce, vanilla, and eggs.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, making sure not to over-mix. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop the batter into a greased muffin pan, there should be enough batter to make 18 muffins. Then bake for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool completely, then serve and enjoy!
