Lemon Olive Oil Cake

This Lemon Olive Oil Cake is a moist, delicious lemon-flavored cake made with olive oil. It is simple and straight-forward to make, perfect for beginner bakers! It is hard to stop with one slice.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside. Mix sugar, eggs, and lemon zest on high until mixture turns pale yellow.


Slowly add olive oil and mix for another 2 minutes. Add milk, lemon juice, and Limoncello. Mix until everything is combined. Gradually fold in the flour mixture.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake. Let cake cool in pan for 20 minutes. Run a knife along the outer edge of the cake. Invert the cake onto a plate and gently lift and remove the pan.

Let cake cool completely. Sprinkle the tops of the cake with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy!
