Soak the dried shitake mushrooms in water then slice the mushrooms, tofu and bamboo shoots, and mince the garlic.
Mix the broth and cornstarch together, then add garlic, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine, ginger, and seasoning and bring to a boil.
Next, add sliced mushrooms, tofu and bamboo shoots and allow to simmer. Then switch off the heat and slowly stir in beaten egg.
Garnish with green onions. Serve and enjoy!
