Soft and fluffy Honey Buns are basically honey flavored cinnamon rolls. I love the complex flavors honey brings and enjoy having these for breakfast, snack or even dessert!
Unsalted Butter | 2% Milk Egg | Flour | Instant Yeast Brown Sugar | Honey Cinnamon | Cream Cheese Vanilla | Sugar | Salt
Combine warm milk, melted butter, and beaten egg, then use a dough hook to mix in the dry ingredients, or knead by hand.
Place dough in a prepared bowl, cover and let rise to at least double in size. Then use a rolling pin to flatten it into a rectangle.
Combine the filling ingredients and spread evenly over the dough. Then gently roll the dough into a long tube and cut into 12 honey buns.
Place the rolls in a dish and let rise a second time, then bake for 20 minutes. While the honey buns are cooling, mix the icing ingredients together.
Drizzle icing over the buns and enjoy!
