Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders

These delicious breakfast sliders are stuffed with scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese, brushed with a garlic butter compound, then baked until they are golden brown. Perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Cook bacon until crispy. Set aside. Whisk the eggs together and cook in a skillet on the stovetop until they are fully cooked. Remove scrambled eggs from skillet and set aside.

INSTRUCTIONS

Use a bread knife to slice open the Hawaiian Sweet Rolls. Place the top of the sliders to the side. Place the bottom part of the sliders in a baking dish. Layer eggs, bacon and cheese onto the bottom of the sliders.

Place the top of the slider buns on. Mix melted butter, garlic, and salt. Generously brush the garlic butter compound over the top of the sliders. Bake for 10 minutes.

Gently cut along the crease of each individual Hawaiian sweet roll, making them into individual slider sandwiches. Serve.
