Start by combining ground sausage, cream cheese, Bisquick baking mix, cheddar cheese, and parsley or chives.
Roll the mixture into 2-inch balls and place them 1-2 inches apart on a baking sheet. You’ll get about 15 per sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, then promptly remove them from the baking sheet to prevent sticking.
