Cream Cheese French Toast Casserole

Baked French Toast Casserole made with cream cheese! Dry bread cubes is soaked in a flavorful egg and milk mixture, topped with cream cheese dollop, then baked in the oven. A make-ahead breakfast.

Place cubed bread into a greased casserole dish. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour egg mixture over the cubed bread. Cover and let set in the refrigerator at least 4 hours. Whisk together cream cheese, confectioner sugar, and vanilla.

Scatter dollops of the cream cheese filling around the casserole dish. Bake 350°F for 40-45 minutes, or until the centers are cooked and set.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with maple syrup. Enjoy!
