Delicious Cinnamon Brown Sugar Mashed Sweet Potatoes combine soft and fluffy mashed sweet potatoes with two of our favorite Fall and holiday ingredients: cinnamon powder and brown sugar.
Sweet Potatoes Brown Sugar Cinnamon Powder Milk Salted Butter Vanilla Extract Salt
Clean sweet potatoes, peel then cut into big chunks. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add sweet potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.
Using a potato masher or electric hand mixer, mash sweet potatoes until they are smooth and there are no more clumps.
Add brown sugar, cinnamon powder, milk, butter, vanilla and salt. Fold ingredients into the sweet potatoes, and mix to combine.
Serve mashed sweet potatoes in a bowl with melted butter drizzled on the top. Enjoy!
