This simple and delicious Braised Chicken Thighs recipe features tender, juicy dark meat chicken with a crispy skin cooked in flavorful white wine and chicken broth based sauce. Easy to prepare and requires only one pot.

Season chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper. Then sear in the braiser for 1-2 minutes on each side, starting with skin side down.
Set chicken aside. Sear onions until they are soft, then add garlic and sear until fragrant. Make sure not to burn the garlic.
Add white wine to deglaze, then add broth and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, and let it cook for 1 minute. Add chicken thighs back in and top with thyme leaves.
Send braiser along with chicken into the oven and cook for 30-35 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
