Baked Potato Casserole

This delicious and heart-warming Baked Potato Casserole recipe is loaded with bacon, sour cream, cheddar cheese and green onions. It’s basically a loaded baked potato in casserole form…and it is so good!

Bacon | Frozen Hash Browns Sour Cream | Cream Cheese Milk | Salted Butter Cheddar Cheese | Salt Garlic Powder | Green Onions

Place bacon on a foil-lined baking sheet, without overlapping. Bake for 10-13 minutes, remove from oven and chop into bits.


Combine frozen hash brown potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, milk, melted butter and cheddar cheese. Spread the potato mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.

 Top with shredded cheese and bacon bits. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes covered with aluminum foil, and 20 minutes uncovered.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions.  Serve and enjoy!
