This delicious Baked Apple Oatmeal is a healthy breakfast and brunch option made with rolled oats, fresh apples, raisins, milk and brown sugar. So easy to make and so tasty!
Butter | Milk | Rolled Oats Egg | Vanilla | Baking Powder Cinnamon | Brown Sugar Apples | Raisins | Salt
Mix butter, milk, egg, and vanilla. Then mix in the dry ingredients and fold in diced apples and raisins.
Pour into a prepared baking dish, making sure to press the oats down into the liquid.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Then allow to cool slightly before serving.
Serve with a splash of maple syrup, or yogurt on the side. Enjoy!
