Cook bacon for 14-18 minutes in the oven at 450°F. Then chop into bits.
Boil eggs for 9-10 minutes. Drain hot water and replace with cold. Allow eggs to cool then drain.
Peel the eggs then cut in half. Remove the yolks and add to a bowl. Smash egg yolk to remove all the clumps.
Then add mayonnaise, sweet pickled relish, bacon bits, yellow mustard, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
