An easy and delicious vegetable side dish! Broccolini is seasoned with garlic, parmesan and fresh lemon juice, and is oven baked until tender and crispy. Ready in 20 minutes!

parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Prepare a baking sheet by spraying with oil or lining with aluminum and spraying with oil.
Lay broccolini on on prepared sheet pan. Top with olive oil, garlic, salt and lemon juice. Toss to coat.
Spread broccolini out so that all the pieces will roast evenly. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Cook for 15-18 min, or until broccolini is slightly crispy on the outsides and tender on the insides.
Serve and enjoy!
