Acai Smoothie Bowl

Frozen acai blended with fruits and almond milk to create a thick and delicious acai bowl. Topped with fresh fruits and granola for the ultimate enjoyment!

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen unsweetened acai puree packets ~3 oz per packet
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups almond milk more if needed
  • 3-4 dates pitted
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2-3 dates
  • 2 tbsp granola

Instructions

  • Run acai packets under warm water and cut/break them into smaller pieces, remove acai pieces from packets.
  • In a blender, add banana, almond milk, dates, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, and acai pieces from Step 1. (Make sure to place liquid and non-frozen fruits at the bottom of the blender for easier blending). Blend. If blender is stuck, try stirring, and if that still doesn't work, add more almond milk if needed.
  • Bring blended fruits into two bowls. Then add toppings to it.
  • Serve and enjoy!
